Global crises (war, pandemics, energy shocks, supply-chain disruptions, geopolitical fragmentation, and cyber risks) compress decision cycles and destabilize strategic assumptions, making ―digital strategy‖ inseparable from the enterprise‘s ability to reconfigure structure, governance, skills, and routines at speed. This paper synthesizes recent research on digital transformation, dynamic capabilities, resilience, digital leadership, Industry 5.0, and IT operating models to clarify what organizational changes are necessary to realize digital strategy under turbulence. Building on identified gaps, the paper proposes a crisis-ready change architecture that links (1) a measurable change-readiness baseline, (2) decision-rights and operating-model redesign, (3) capability reconfiguration routines, and (4) culture and leadership mechanisms that sustain adoption. The conceptual contribution is a practical ―Change-to-StrategyOps‖ bridge: digital strategy is treated as an executable system maintained through governance cadence, IT operating model renewal, and human-centric resilience practices, rather than as a periodic planning artifact.
