Genomic characterization of patients with such disorders opens up the potential for personalized diagnosis, risk stratification, and treatment. It is known that the leading role in this is played by the so-called driver mutations JAK2, CALR, MPL. In recent years, other, non-driver mutations have been discovered, which are also important in the diagnosis, prognosis, and therapy of these diseases. The paper reviews the role of such mutations in myeloproliferative diseases.
