80 transforms them from vulnerable targets of platform triggers into resilient, self- regulating citizens. By anchoring their identity in real-world achievements and interpersonal relationships, youth acquire the cognitive autonomy necessary to utilize digital tools for constructive, societally beneficial outcomes rather than falling victim to digital escapism. The Role of Physical Resistance in Sports. One of the most effective antidotes to cyber-addiction is active participation in team sports. In the virtual realm, success can be simulated, algorithms manipulated, and failure erased. In contrast, physical sports confront the individual with the "resistance of matter." A 2016 study by Park et al., conducted among South Korean adolescents, utilized Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to demonstrate a significant negative correlation between sports participation and internet addiction. Sports develop high levels of self-control, reducing screen time and fostering positive social values such as teamwork and respect. However, realizing this potential requires infrastructure. According to the Ukrainian "Sport for All" center (2021), only one in five youths aged 14-34 regularly participates in sports. Between 2017 and 2021, the number of sports facilities in Ukraine decreased from 96,678 to 92,274, with many being repurposed for commercial use. Reviving this infrastructure is a matter of national ontological security. Rebuilding Local Community Hubs. The degradation of offline social infrastructure has left a physical vacuum that algorithms readily filled. According to the "CEDOS", chronic underfunding has reduced rural clubs, libraries, and museums to "relics of the past," unable to meet the needs of modern youth. Active socialization requires the revitalization of these "third places." These hubs force youth into existentially responsible relationships, requiring negotiation, empathy, and conflict resolution – skills that cannot be developed through mechanized algorithmic reactions. Institutional Frameworks: The Youth Pact 2025. To systematically implement active socialization, state policies must align with international standards, such as the UN World Programme of Action for Youth and the Ukrainian "Youth Pact 2025."
