Determining diversity is an effective approach when analyzing environmental management objects; - the total coefficient of spatial natural and economic diversity (Rpr) – the total number of studied objects located within the landscape area up to (Sn) – its area: Rpr = R1 + R2 + R3 +. +Rn/Rpr. It (Rpr) allows you to identify the total territorial diversity of objects of nature use. The assessment can also be carried out according to other indicators that will allow the formation of a comprehensive characteristic of the protected area. The main organizational and development measures in protected areas can be the creation of joint (united) information and coordination centers of this region, which would contribute to the integration of efforts to combat fires, poaching, illegal trade; in the development of tourism, in environmental education, distribution of information materials. In the economic aspect, the general management of such territories allows rational use of finances with their environmental audit. In the context of globalization of financial institutions, the budget policy of Ukraine should contribute to the sustainable and effective socio-economic development of protected areas. The taxation strategy should be aimed at a long-term program of greening the tax system, which includes: increasing the value of taxes on the use of natural resource potential, expanding the base of natural resource taxation, introducing environmental excise taxes on risky goods and services; expansion of tax benefits for enterprises producing environmentally friendly products, restriction of subsidies for naturally hazardous and naturally labor-intensive activities [20]. Model of the global geoecosystem in environmental monitoring. In the context of sustainable development of the world, the creation of a model of a global geoecosystem in environmental monitoring is becoming increasingly important. After all, the state of protected protected areas will depend on how control over the results of management decisions will be carried out. The most effective way of control is environmental monitoring with the optimal number of permanent observation points, the use of remote sensing methods.
