This paper examines the impact of the implementation of BIM (Building Information Modeling) technologies on the transformation of contractual relationships among stakeholders in investment and construction projects and justifies the feasibility of applying the Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) concept. It is demonstrated that the combination of BIM and IPD ensures greater transparency, alignment of the economic interests of construction participants, and increased efficiency in the implementation of investment projects within Ukraine’s construction sector.
