11 decisions, and maintainable predictive capabilities through MLOps. The literature indicates strong progress in separate streams (digital transformation, resilience, foresight, Industry 5.0, supply-chain resilience), but an integrative, governable model that operationalizes these streams into a measurable enterprise development loop remains underdeveloped.
