Global crises (pandemics, wars, energy shocks, supply-chain disruptions, geopolitical fragmentation, cyber risks) have shifted enterprise development logic from linear growth planning to continuous adaptation, resilience- building, and rapid resource reallocation. In this context, digital technologies cloud platforms, streaming architectures, advanced analytics, AI/ML, and MLOps become not only efficiency tools but also core enablers of crisis diagnostics, foresight, and governed transformation. This paper synthesizes the literature on digital transformation, resilience, corporate foresight, supply-chain resilience, and Industry 5.0 to clarify the mechanisms through which digital technologies influence enterprise development during global turbulence. An integrative conceptual lens is proposed: a Digital Resilience Loop that connects (1) continuous sensing and diagnostics, (2) scenario-based foresight and option generation, (3) portfolio decision gates, (4) capability reconfiguration, and (5) learning and renewal, thereby operationalizing development as a measurable feedback system consistent with the conference-paper structure used in prior related work.
