Global crises (pandemics, wars, energy shocks, supply-chain disruptions, geopolitical fragmentation, cyber risks) have changed the logic of enterprise development: strategy is increasingly less a ―growth plan‖ and increasingly a managed capability to ensure continuity, adaptation, and real-time resource reallocation. Building on contemporary research on digital transformation, organizational resilience, strategic agility, corporate foresight, and the Industry 5.0 paradigm, this paper synthesizes key enterprise development trends under crisis conditions and proposes an innovative meta-approach ResilienceOps that operationalizes development as a continuous cycle: (1) crisis diagnostics, (2) foresight and scenario work, (3) an options portfolio and resource reallocation, (4) capability reconfiguration, and (5) learning and renewal of governance rules. The approach extends the logic of continuous, data-driven strategy loops (similar to the previously introduced StrategyOps framework) by focusing on resilience-oriented development trajectories.
