17 (2) foresight (scenarios and early indicators translated into assumptions and triggers), (3) decision-making (escalation rules, go/pivot/stop gates, transparent authority allocation, and rapid resource reallocation), (4) capability transformation (dynamic capabilities sensing/seizing/transforming as reproducible managerial practices), and (5) learning and renewal (after-action reviews, updating indicators, revising portfolio rules). Theoretically, ResilienceOps ―stitches together‖ fragmented streams (digital transformation, foresight, resilience, agility, Industry 5.0) into a single governable development architecture in which strategy is not a document but a feedback system. Research propositions for empirical validation P1: The higher the intensity of external shocks, the greater the advantage (in recovery speed and cash-flow stability) for enterprises that employ a recurring diagnostics–foresight–options portfolio loop compared to enterprises relying mainly on periodic planning. P2: The impact of digital transformation on resilience is mediated by the maturity of governance practices (resource reallocation rules, transparent decision rights, and metrics), not merely by technology adoption. P3: Enterprises that structure development as an options portfolio (a diversified set of initiatives with explicit scaling/termination conditions) demonstrate higher supply-chain adaptability and lower amplitude of operational disruptions during crises. Conclusions Global crises reshape the dominant logic of enterprise development: resilience, regionalization, supply-chain redesign, digital transformation, foresight, and the human-centric Industry 5.0 paradigm become central. This requires a transition from ―strategy as a plan‖ to ―strategy as a governable system.‖ The proposed ResilienceOps concept formalizes and integrates these trends into a continuous development architecture where data and foresight generate an options portfolio, and dynamic capabilities plus governance loops ensure disciplined adaptation. The practical value of the approach lies in implementation readiness: it specifies
