ASA is compatible with classical strategy (intent + positioning) yet explicitly embeds renewal (capabilities) and uncertainty management (options + governance). Innovation: StrategyOps operationalizing strategy as a lifecycle A key practical gap in strategy theory is the weak formalization of how strategies are maintained over time.
