The thermal properties of paraffin—including high latent heat of fusion, chemical stability, and safety—are analyzed. A performance assessment is conducted based on thermal charging and discharging scenarios. The study demonstrates the potential of paraffin-based heat accumulators to stabilize indoor temperatures in greenhouses, poultry houses, and pigsties, reducing the need for active heating. Design considerations for improving heat transfer efficiency are discussed. It is concluded that, despite the relatively high melting point (~50–55 °C), paraffin T3 remains a promising, cost-effective material for thermal regulation in agriculture, especially when integrated with solar collectors or excess daytime heat sources.
