39 Navigation and Operational Optimization: Infinity Technologies explored the use of Large Language Models (LLMs) to optimize internal operations by automating tasks like summarizing reports and generating code. 41 Crucially, LLMs revolutionized internal knowledge navigation by providing instant answers to complex queries from vast unstructured data, significantly reducing search time and improving knowledge sharing, especially in the distributed remote environment. The Ministry of Digital Transformation in Ukraine's initiative to develop a national LLM provided a valuable blueprint for leveraging LLMs for internal knowledge management and operational optimization, ensuring data sovereignty and local context understanding. Given the heightened cyber threats targeting Ukrainian companies, Infinity Technologies prioritized robust cybersecurity measures. ● Digital Immune System: The company implemented a comprehensive "digital immune system" comprising firewalls, intrusion detection systems, antivirus software, encryption, and multi-factor authentication (2FA). ● Cyber Resilience: Beyond prevention, the focus was on cyber resilience, preparing the organization to maintain core functions during and after a cyber incident.
