139 with energy storage systems helps to smooth out fluctuations in production and ensure grid stability. Ukraine's overall energy policy aims to reduce import dependence, particularly on fossil fuels. The economic efficiency of renewable energy is demonstrated by the rapid decline in prices for solar equipment, making solar energy increasingly affordable. Support for small and medium-sized businesses in this sector through legislative incentives and programs facilitates the active adoption of clean technologies. The social impact of renewable energy deployment is the creation of new jobs: each megawatt of installed capacity generates approximately 25–30 jobs. This contributes to the development of local economy, improving the skills of personnel and strengthening social stability in the regions [5]. The most critical factor for success is infrastructure development— modernization of grids, integration of storage devices and digital energy system management technologies. Without this, it will be impossible to fully realize the benefits of decentralization and renewable energy, especially in war and post-conflict periods. Thus, the comprehensive development of decentralized energy system based on renewable energy sources, particularly solar energy, creates a solid foundation for Ukraine's energy security. This will not only enable the restoration of damaged infrastructure but also establish a flexible, environmentally friendly and cost-effective system that meets modern challenges and societal needs. In 2025-2026, the development of Ukraine's energy system will depend on the effectiveness of implemented reforms, international support, and the geopolitical situation. The main strategy involves integration with European energy markets, which entails modernizing infrastructure, implementing European standards, and increasing the share of renewable energy sources. The government's plan is to increase the share of renewable energy to 27% by 2030, thereby reducing dependence on traditional energy resources [13].
