Five Platforms of Coherence 1. Self Platform (Я-Платформа) — awareness of bodily, emotional, and cognitive signals. 2. Relational Platform (Я+Ти Платформа) — empathy, boundaries, co- presence [11, 12]. 3. World Platform (Я+Світ Платформа) — participation in ecological, social, and cultural fields [4, 5]. 4. Creator Platform (Я-Творець Платформа) — the capacity to create meaning, choices, and outcomes [17]. 5. Conduit Platform (Я-Провідник Платформа) — full alignment of all layers enabling resonance and transformation [7, 9, 10]. 3.5. Implications for Human Functioning A coherent state: - refines perception [3]; - strengthens emotional regulation [7, 8, 9]; - stabilizes behaviour [9]; - deepens interpersonal interactions [10, 11, 12]; - amplifies creativity and meaning-making [6, 17]. This model provides a foundation for studying states, coherence, and transformation. 3.6. Operational Layer: Five-Level Background State Model To ensure that the concept of the coherent state is not only theoretical but also empirically investigable, the model incorporates an operational tool — the Five-Level Background State Model. It describes how inner organization manifests through behaviour, bodily markers, emotional dynamics, and patterns of interaction with the environment.
