Direct determination of microquantities of such metals in complex technological solutions, wastewater or in samples of various types of natural water by flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS) or with electrothermic atomization (ETAAS including GFAAS) is practically impossible in a number of cases. Compared to existing spectrometric methods, FAAS has some extraordinary advantages: fast and acceptable response, relative simplicity and low cost. The use of sensitive and selective preliminary chemical reactions facilitates the development and application of indirect AAS, in particular FAAS, for the determination of analytes. At the same time, preliminary concentration, for example, sorption, allows simplifying the matrix
