This article is about interactive teaching methods that are actively used during practical classes of English. They aim to focus on the process of forming professional culture by the future specialists оf higher educational institutions. A great role is devoted to a teacher who understands how to activate students in the process of learning. Nowadays in the age of globalization and growing cultural awareness there is a growing understanding that different cultures especially different educational cultures need different methodologies. Keywords: professional environment, communication, role-play, situation task, original work. New technologies appear very quickly and need to be tested among our young generation. I would like to tell about the methods of modern interactive learning that I actively use and implement in daily practical classes. It is worth saying that СOVID - 19 made certain adjustments, and I had to master many new technologies related to distance learning on my own. I briefly try to describe the practices that I apply during the training of students of the 1st year of study of various specialties.
