204 importance. Analysis of satellite data and geospatial materials has revealed the significant technical potential of rooftop PV systems, opening opportunities for the development of microgrids and energy communities, particularly in densely populated areas. A key element in the effective integration of such systems is the implementation of digital technologies, in particular, artificial intelligence at the grid edge (Edge AI), which enables flexible and adaptive management of distributed energy sources. This approach facilitates load-balancing optimization, energy consumption forecasting, and enhancement of real-time grid reliability. The concept of Collaborative Edge AI (CEAI), based on interaction and collaboration between local computing devices, expands the capabilities of intelligent energy system management. The use of federated learning ensures user privacy protection during the collective refinement of control algorithms, while simultaneously enhancing grid performance and resilience. The implementation of CEAI in distributed energy systems improves the efficiency of energy generation, storage, and consumption, as well as automates maintenance and predicts equipment failures. This approach ensures system stability even amid significant fluctuations in generation and load. The integration of CEAI with blockchain and smart contracts opens prospects for transparent and secure energy trading, supporting decentralized platforms for collaborative energy resource management. This approach meets the modern requirements for sustainable development and ensuring energy security. Thus, the convergence of decentralized renewable generation with innovative digital technologies creates the foundation for resilient, adaptive and environmentally sustainable energy systems of the future. Realizing this potential requires coordinated scientific research, practical implementation, and political support, thereby ensuring long-term energy security and environmental stability.
