Economic digitalization has become one of the main driving forces of socio-economic development, especially in the last decade. It has a significant impact on the organization of production, value chains and labor markets. The rapid development of digital technologies, the expansion of the use of automation and artificial intelligence, as well as the formation of a network economy lead to structural changes in employment, changing not only the number and sectoral distribution of jobs, but also the qualitative characteristics of work. This article aims to analyze the above-mentioned changes in the context of digitalization of the economy, using the example of Armenia. Moreover, the research focuses on identifying both quantitative and qualitative changes. Keywords: Digitalization, employment, labor market, employment level, employment structure, productivity.
