104 out in the vast majority of cases (38 out of 41) using circular and linear staplers, which significantly accelerated the performance of such a labor-intensive surgical intervention, when, along with performing TG and D2 lymphadenectomy, it was also necessary to form an artificial small intestinal reservoir with its inclusion in the gastrointestinal tract in various options: with or without the inclusion of the duodenum. Conclusions. 1. The use of modern technologies in TG and JGP reduces postoperative mortality by 6.8 times. 2. The functional results of TG with JGP were the best after modification of JGP with inclusion of the duodenum in the digestive transit. 3. 3D CT modeling and reconstruction allows to improve the long-term results of TG with JGP, to prevent postgastrectomy syndromes in the long-term postoperative period.
