107 In conclusion, the digital transformation of "Ukrzaliznytsia" under martial law is an unprecedented experiment in building national-scale cyber resilience. The process of constant breach and recovery, vulnerability detection, and immediate patching has formed a unique knowledge base that could serve as a foundation for international standards in protecting transport hubs. Moving forward, the development strategy should be based on the principles of digital subsystem autonomy, where every station or communication hub can function as a "digital island" in the event of a global central server failure. The combination of advanced cryptographic methods, AI for threat monitoring, and the physical reliability of railway connections creates a level of synergy that allows "Ukrzaliznytsia" to remain the backbone of national logistics despite any attempts at digital destabilization.
