Дніпро, Україна UKRAINIAN HIGHER EDUCATION SYSTEMAT COGNITIVE WARFARE: NEW INSIGHTS, CHALLENGES AND PERSPECTIVES Abstract. The given article explores the topical problems of Ukrainian System of Higher Education at modern cognitive warfare in the process of distance learning of future psychologists. Modern way of waging cognitive warfare with innovative weapons, cognitive influence on mind of a person, rapid changes from crisis to extreme situations require the adaptation of the population of this country to the challenges, and adoption of a quick rational decision-making to overcome stress, anxiety, depression, chronic fear. The article presented a third stage of a longitudinal research on the above mentioned issue. It was found out that a safe educational and ecological environments under mixed and distance education ensures continuous, accessible, quality professional education, particularly for the first- year psychology students. We suggested and probed the interdisciplinary approach to innovating quality of education of future psychologists-scientists and psychologists-practioners at warfare times. The innovative power of the paradigm is founded in the integrated approach to the PERSONALITY of the student that combines four major aspects (neurological, psychological , cognitive and pedagogical).
