It has been proved the dominant role of Cognitive Reserve in building a student’s levels of cognitive adaptability, stability, plasticity, resilience and academic performance. Introduction. One of the topical problems the Ukrainian Higher Education System faces today is the crystallization of Ukrainian identity through upbringing the future intellectual potential of the country , namely, University students, at cognitive wartime. The problem of the quality of Ukrainian higher education that students acquire is extremely important from the point of view of theoretical and methodological issues of the lessons of the Russian-Ukrainian cognitive warfare not only in the Ukrainian context but in the global as well. Under these circumstances it is of primary importance for Ukrainian Higher Education System to preserve a safe educational and ecological environments for developing students’ core competences, their knowledge and skills to be able to work in crisis and extreme situations at wartime and post-war time. Aim . This stage of a longitudinal research [17] aims to identify and encourage these lines of inquiry to urge researchers to dive deeply into new insights, challenges and perspectives of Ukrainian Higher Education System at wartime. With this aim in mind, we would focus on domestic [ 5;6;8;12;13;15;16] and foreign studies[1;2;3;4;7;9;10;11;18;19;20;21] theoretical and conceptual approaches to cognitive aspects of psychological training of future psychologists in conditions of distant and mixed training, extreme and crisis situations.
