14 Conclusions. The introduction of BIM technologies and the use of related processes lead to changes in contractual obligations, as the very model of interaction between all stakeholders of the investment and construction process changes. The Integrated Project Delivery concept is the optimal form of organization of investment and construction projects, adequate to BIM models. IPD provides early involvement of key participants, joint goal formation, collective distribution of risks and results, use of open technologies and a single information environment. The IPD approach is a driver of BIM application, as it allows organizing innovation and investment activities on the basis of consistency and openness and maximally satisfying the economic interests of all stakeholders. For Ukraine, the integration of BIM technologies with the IPD model can become an important tool for increasing the efficiency of post-war reconstruction, ensuring transparency of budget expenditures and reducing corruption risks. Promising areas of further research include the adaptation of standard IPD contracts to the national legal framework, the development of methodological recommendations for their application in public procurement and public-private partnerships, and the formation of a system of indicators for assessing the economic effectiveness of BIM- and IPD-oriented projects.
