The increasing intensity of globalization processes on the world stage has led to the need to ensure the institutional stability of management structures, that is, their ability to adapt to both unexpected (as a result of the manifestation of certain crisis phenomena) and foreseen (long-term) changes in modern opportunities and threats. 2. A likely reason for the partial failure of the modern MIP of Ukraine was the situation of inconsistency of the functions of individual institutions in the absence of clear coordination of their interaction in the MIP public administration system. 3. The results of the expert assessment confirmed that promoting a positive image of Ukraine in the international arena is an issue of national importance. And only thanks to the joint, purposeful, coordinated and consistent efforts of all state authorities and broad circles of the public, Ukraine's international information policy can yield powerful results not only in terms of creating and presenting a positive image of the Ukrainian state, but also become an effective instrument of international opposition to Russian aggression.
