17 into 44% positive and 31% mediocre, with another 25% negative assessments. This indicates the need to strengthen the participation of the MFA in promoting Ukraine's MIP, focusing primarily on the organization and coordination of the work of information and cultural and educational centers at diplomatic missions of Ukraine in foreign countries and international organizations (UN, EU, NATO, etc.). The experts' assessment of the Ministry of Culture's contribution to the modern MIP of Ukraine was as follows: 46% of experts consider such activities satisfactory and only 18% evaluate them positively. On the other hand, almost twice as many experts - 35% - consider them unsatisfactory. The structure of the central executive bodies also includes the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine (Ministry of Digital Affairs of Ukraine), which, among others, is tasked with: ―Ensuring the formation and implementation of state policy in the field of information society development‖ [4]. Although the implementation of MIP measures is not directly attributed to the sphere of competence of the Ministry of Digital Affairs , among the positive aspects it should be noted its significant contribution to ensuring cybersecurity, countering cyberwarfare and disinformation measures. Probably, thanks to these and many other efforts of the Ministry of Digital Affairs , the expert assessment of its contribution to the modern MIP of Ukraine looks somewhat better. 36% of experts assessed the work of the Ministry of Digital Affairs positively, against 24% of negative assessments. So, without a doubt, each of the above-mentioned bodies should participate in implementing information policy, both within the country and abroad. However, such a policy should be, if not unified, then at least well-coordinated. Concluding the analysis of the results of the expert survey, it should be noted that in the vast majority of possible question options, experts categorically reject the idea of creating a separate special state body for MIP issues. This also confirmed the hypothesis about the feasibility of implementing a single MIP, but did not deny the need for its coordination. Conclusions.
