52 • The quality of teaching of the discipline was rated as excellent or good by 94% of respondents, while 5% rated it as satisfactory. Very good or good preparation of teachers for practical classes was reported by 95% of students, while 5% rated it as unsatisfactory. Furthermore, 95% of learners stated that teachers actively encouraged discussion of topic-related issues, debate, and the expression of personal opinions during practical classes. • During practical classes, 93% of respondents believed that teachers adhered to the scheduled time limits, while 6% indicated partial adherence. Respectful and positive attitudes toward students were reported by 97% of respondents, while 3% were not fully satisfied with teachers’ attitudes. • During the study of the discipline, all students reported that the material was clearly explained and that they were provided with opportunities for bedside learning, reviewing medical records, laboratory results, and an image database of infectious diseases, analyzing thematic clinical cases, discussing real-life clinical scenarios, and sharing personal experiences. • Identified shortcomings in the teaching of the discipline at the department included the large volume of material covered in a single class, instances of perceived unfair assessment, inconvenient (remote) location of the department, and inadequate classroom temperature conditions during the winter period. • Students provided positive feedback regarding all teachers of the department. According to the survey results, the strengths of the department’s teaching staff include excellent and good preparation for practical classes, as reported by 95% of students; bedside teaching; analysis of medical records and patient examination results; discussion of thematic clinical cases; use of the department’s image database; and teachers’ willingness to share their own clinical experience. Based on the student survey, the identified weakness is the need for greater attention to objective assessment and the timely announcement of grades at each practical class. A key problem is the reduction in the number of contact (classroom) hours allocated to the discipline, which has resulted in an increased volume of material that
