This article analyzes the case of Infinity Technologies during the Russian invasion of Ukraine, highlighting how digital transformation, organizational change management, and a Transformation Office enabled resilience, continuity, and above-market growth despite extreme crisis conditions. The study proposes the Digital Arc Framework, a structured methodology for managing transformation portfolios, ensuring competitiveness and long-term sustainability. Findings demonstrate that proactive digitalization, human-centric strategies, and data-driven decision-making are vital for enterprises navigating uncertainty.
