Recognizing the existential threat and the need for rapid, systemic change, Infinity Technologies' leadership made a pivotal decision: to elevate its existing Project Management Office (PMO) into an "Office of Transformation" (TO). This strategic shift moved the PMO beyond its traditional role of overseeing individual projects to becoming the central orchestrator of broad-scale organizational change [2].
