This doctoral thesis proposes The Infinity Technologies Digital Arc Framework, a trademarked methodology for the structured execution of digital transformation (DT) portfolios to strengthen competitiveness during crises. This framework decomposes the complex undertaking of digital transformation into manageable projects, groups them into coherent programs, and assembles them into a unified portfolio, ensuring strategic alignment and continuous value delivery. The economic impact of these initiatives was profound, enabling the company to not only survive but thrive. The immediate economic impact of ensuring employee safety and continuity was the prevention of significant productivity loss and talent drain. By rapidly implementing the virtual workplace concept, Infinity Technologies mitigated the direct operational costs associated with physical office disruptions and employee displacement. ● Rapid Relocation and Support: The TO managed complex logistics of relocating employees and their families to safer regions, both within Ukraine and abroad, providing financial assistance and continuous monitoring of security risks [1].
