26 from bifidobacterium supplementation while other may not the other may get benefits from fiber or polyphenol all depends on the diversity of microbiome in each of their gut. The most promising way for future is personalized microbiome medicine, which is based on combining microbiota sequencing, metabolic analysis and individual diet or prebiotic recommendations. This can help prevent and manage chronic diseases like diabetes, obesity, coronary artery disease, inflammatory bowel disorders and even neurological conditions linked with gut imbalance. [6] The improvement and maintenance of gut microbiota depend not on one or any specific factors it requires a combination of non-pharmacological and pharmacological factors. Lifestyle improvement is required which is very important maintaining healthy diet, regular exercising, good sleep schedule, avoiding alcohol and smoking and avoiding stress. Pharmacological agents like prebiotics, probiotics, paraprobiotics, postbiotics and symbiotics they are all very helpful with promising results but must be selected carefully. As each person’s gut microbiome is unique, personalized strategies are essential and important for long term success. Understanding personal habits, medical history, and microbial characteristics allows more effective, safer and target oriented correction. Gut microbiota modulation is not just a trend but an evolving field which connects nutrition, genetics, pharmacology, and preventive medicine to achieve: a balanced microbiome for a healthier life. In India there is a saying that wellbeing of all the organ systems means that we maintain our gut which is same as maintaining microbiota in order maintain our body and healthy life.
