39 UDC 658.3.07 Stelmachenko Mark PhD Student of the Department of Management and Finance Mariupol State University, Ukraine MEASURING AGILE TEAMS EFFICIENCY AND PERFORMANCE: COMMON METRICS AND THEIR USAGE Abstract: the paper reviews and discusses the approaches of organizational performance evaluation through Agile metrics monitoring in the context of cross- functional teams integrating Agile techniques into their workplace activities. Considering the fact that Agile transformation introduces procedural and conceptual changes to workplace environments in both corporate and startup settings, the analysis helps to outline the fundamental quantitative indicators for measuring and benchmarking the overall efficiency of Agile teams, which can be advantageous for ongoing supervision and further decision-making.
