39 UDC 658.3.07 Stelmachenko Mark PhD Student of the Department of Management and Finance Mariupol State University, Ukraine MEASURING AGILE TEAMS EFFICIENCY AND PERFORMANCE: COMMON METRICS AND THEIR USAGE Abstract: the paper reviews and discusses the approaches of organizational performance evaluation through Agile metrics monitoring in the context of cross- functional teams integrating Agile techniques into their workplace activities. Considering the fact that Agile transformation introduces procedural and conceptual changes to workplace environments in both corporate and startup settings, the analysis helps to outline the fundamental quantitative indicators for measuring and benchmarking the overall efficiency of Agile teams, which can be advantageous for ongoing supervision and further decision-making. Keywords: agile, agile metrics, team performance measurement, organizational efficiency, Scrum As is widely known, Agile frameworks and approaches have become a common organizational practice in both enterprise and bootstrapped environments - primarily, due to their relative simplicity, straightforwardness, and capacity to be seamlessly integrated into both new as well as already ongoing project workstreams. Additionally, the contemporary open-source knowledge base on Agile methods is continuously enriching with best practices and know-how, which also undoubtedly contribute towards the diminishing of Agile transformation resistance, which might regularly occur in the corporate world.
