The use of digital technologies in modern management is a key factor in increasing the efficiency of management processes. The article considers the main directions of digitalization of management, provides examples of the application of innovative solutions and determines their impact on the productivity of organizations. Special attention is paid to the integration of cloud services, analytical platforms and automation of business processes. Digitalization of management is a global trend that provides increased efficiency for business and the public sector.
