218 theoretical foundation of the Coherent State Model and support the conceptualization of the baseline state as a neurophysiologically ordered structure. 4.2. State-Based Phenomenology Phenomenology allows investigation of experience from within. In this model it focuses on: bodily sensations — breath, tone, micro-movements; emotional characteristics — rhythm, intensity, modulation; cognitive dynamics — attentional structure, clarity; reflective awareness — observing the experience while living it. Phenomenology reveals how coherence becomes a lived inner pattern. 4.3. Embodied Observation This method documents external markers of coherence: posture, micro- movements, motor organization; the rhythm of gestures, pauses, breath; muscular tension or relaxation; indicators of stability or fragmentation. Embodied observation shows how coherence manifests behaviourally. 4.4. Ecological Ethnography Because the coherent state cannot be separated from environment, this method studies: the person’s attunement to natural and social rhythms; sensitivity to surroundings; interaction with physical and communal space; environmental influence on bodily, emotional, and attentional layers. The environment is understood as a co‑creator of the state. 4.5. Narratives of Coherence Narrative inquiry captures shifts in worldview: new understandings of self; changes in attitudes toward one’s body, emotions, and choices; recognition of one’s place in the wider world; the emergence of presence, agency, and meaning-making. Narratives reveal inner transformation over time. 4.6. Systemic Action Research Coherent states unfold in real time; therefore action research: introduces environmental shifts; observes state transformations in response; tracks group-level dynamics; evaluates stability of coherent states in social interaction. This method shows how coherence gives rise to new relational practices. 4.7. Ecosystemic Inquiry
