45 engage in new fields, which indicates the importance of lifelong learning and digital training. However, in the period 2020–2024. the picture is slightly different. It is characterized by an increase in employment, especially among young people and older age groups. The employment rate of 15-19 year olds increased by 61.7 percent, and for 25-39 year olds by an average of about 15 percent.
