Based on the Genesis Press report for 2025 and current market data, the reading habits of specialists, managers and entrepreneurs were studied. Key audience requests have been identified, in particular the lack of practical case studies in the Ukrainian context. It has been proven that joint reading and the integration of professional literature into the educational programmes of organisations is an effective tool for developing human capital and strengthening the business ecosystem.
