The article explores the role of digital tools in teaching English within the New Ukrainian School framework. It focuses on competence-based learning, learner-centered approaches, formative assessment, and digital competence, highlighting practical classroom applications that enhance students’ motivation, collaboration, and communicative skills in secondary education. The concept of the New Ukrainian School (NUS) emphasizes competence-based learning, student-centered education, and the integration of digital technologies into the educational process. Within this frame work, teaching English at secondary school is closely connected with the development of key competencies, particularly communication in foreign languages and digital competence. This paper examines the role of digital tools in teaching English in Ukrainian secondary schools in accordance
