208 Abstract: а child's speech development is extremely sensitive to the psycho- emotional state. In wartime, children with special educational needs become a particularly vulnerable group, and a number of difficulties arise during speech development. Periods of stress and military operations can cause temporary or permanent speech disorders. Speech as the leading means of communication can change under the influence of traumatic events. Manifestations of speech changes are observed: regression of speech skills, decreased vocabulary,impaired speech fluency, refusal to communicate,voice tension. A speech therapist working with a child acts as a stabilizing specialist; creates an emotionally supportive environment that provides a sense of security. An individual approach to the development of speech in children with SEN is carried out by a team of specialists: speech therapist, psychologist, teachers and parents. Their active cooperation is the key to creating a positive and safe learning space for the child and, as a result, the development of speech in children with special educational needs. Першочерговим і основним у психічному розвитку дитини є проблема розвитку мовлення та розвитку комунікативної діяльності. Велику увагу ознайченій проблемі приділяли, як класики педагогіки (Я. Коменський, К. Ушинський, С. Русова, Є. Соботович, О. Савченко та ін.), так і сучасні українські учені (І. Баранець, Н. Гавриш, Е. Данілавічютє, В. Ільяна, С Кульбіда, І. Марченко, І. Омельченко, Н. Пахомова, Ю. Рібцун, Л. Трофименко, Н. Чередніченко та ін.). Мовлення – це форма існування мови, її втілення і реалізація [1, с.144]. Психолого-педагогічними передумовами успішного формування звʼязного мовлення дітей дошкільного віку є достатній розвиток дрібної та загальної моторики, належний фізичний слух, здорове функціонування центральної нервової системи, достатній фізичний розвиток дитини, розвинуті довільна увага, уміння слухати, комунікативна діяльність,
