59 At the same time, it should be noted that the territorial aspect of the organization of the functioning of protected areas is also taken into account by Ukrainian legislation. For example, in Ukraine, a biosphere reserve is one of the categories of territories of the nature reserve fund, and in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the Nature Reserve Fund" (1992), it is envisaged to divide its territory into three zones [10]. Among the most important problems of Ukraine, the solution of which is envisaged in the law "On Environmental Protection" approved by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine [9], is the preservation of biotic and landscape diversity. Another Law of Ukraine "On the National Program for the Formation of the National Ecological Network of Ukraine for 2000-2015" (2000) [11] provides for the territorial organization of sublatitudinal and submeridional natural corridors that connect natural regions. This problem is considered by certain geographical issues in the works of Ukrainian scientists O. M. Adamenko [2], S. O. Afanasiev [3], O. V. Vasylyuk [19], A. V. Gudzevich [17], K. Kilinska [12], I. V. Lytovchenko [13], V. M. Pashchenko [16]; research of the economics of nature management and environmental protection is carried out in the Council for the Study of the Productive Forces of Ukraine by scientists I. M. Lytsur [14], I. S. Mishchuk [15] and others. Selection of previously unresolved parts of the general problem. Protected areas in the system of rational nature management are subject to the basic principles of geographical zoning, in particular territorial planning. During the analysis of protected areas, agro-technogenic loads and indicators of anthropogenic landscapes are partially taken into account. Environmental management and audit using maps of the country's ecological state are slowly being introduced at the objects of the nature reserve fund.
