61 - features of its potential (biosphere reserve, nature reserve, national park, park of landscape art, natural monument, etc.); - compliance with all requirements for its use, which allows to reconcile the modern and prognostic interests of society, individual sectors of the economy and local communities. A significant potential for successful solution of this problem has the domestic experience of territorial planning of protected objects, which is a means of spatial reflection of the principles and measures of purposeful development of the territory. Territorial planning appears as one of the main means of achieving sustainable development of the country, ensuring the rational use of the potential of protected areas [4]. According to V. Oleshchenko, from the provisions of the modern concept of biosphere reserves, it is advisable to distinguish two levels of territorial organization: internal and network, which should be considered in a systematic combination [6, p. 158]. The internal structure should be understood as the organization of the territorial structure of the reserve, within the boundaries, and the network structure should be understood as the territorial structure of the network of biosphere reserves at the regional, national or international levels. Study and assessment of the components of anthropotechnogenic load on protected areas. When assessing anthropotechnogenic loads on protected areas, it is necessary to take into account, first of all, the temporary factor. The effect of the effect depends on the duration of the action of the factor and its intensity. Most often, the time factor is already automatically taken into account in the indicator of anthropotechnogenic load, for example, in statistical information on environmental pollution corresponding to the calendar year. By anthropotechnogenic load, we understand a certain intensity of one or another influence that society exerts on the state of natural territorial complexes Anthropotechnogenic loads are especially dangerous for protected areas. Foreign geographers pay attention to the need for functional classification of anthropotechnogenic loads in accordance with modern ideas about the functioning of
