High-quality training of medical professionals remains a pressing challenge. The provision of high-quality educational services is a priority for the development of Ukraine [3,5]. To ensure a high level of quality in higher medical education, it is necessary to intensify the implementation of new educational technologies, continuously improve knowledge and skills, and develop practical competencies among students. This will contribute to ensuring the professional level and expertise of future medical doctors. The main strategy of higher medical education is the training of highly qualified medical professionals, which will ensure their competitiveness in the European labor market. Assessment and quality assurance in education are carried out through various mechanisms. For the analysis of educational quality, the evaluation of the degree of implementation of student-centered learning (SCL) is particularly important. The latter is based on the idea of learners constructing and reconstructing knowledge to achieve effective learning outcomes [1,2]. The fundamental principles of SCL include a continuous reflective process, the opportunity to build an individual educational trajectory through access to the choice of educational components, flexibility and equality among all participants in the educational process, and increased responsibility that enables students to think, analyze, apply knowledge and skills, and solve problems [4].
