81 In further studies, it was found that the action of the damaging factor caused a significant increase in the expression of the Gast gene by 1.5, 2.1 and 2.6 times (0.5, 1 and 2 h, respectively), the maximum value was recorded 3 h after exposure (an increase of 3.2 times) compared to the control group of animals (p ≤ 0.001) (Fig. 1). During the regeneration of damaged areas of the gastrointestinal tract, the expression level of this gene decreased: by 1.6 and 2.5 times after 12 and 24 h, respectively (p ≤ 0.001) compared to the indicators in animals exposed to a 3-hour stressor, but remained elevated compared to the control by 2 (p ≤ 0.001) and 1.3 (ns) times, respectively. Fig. 1. The level of Gast gene expression in the cells of the gastric mucosa of rats under the action of immobilization water-immersion stress : 1 – control; 0.5- 24 – hours, respectively; **** – p ≤ 0.0001 compared to the control group; ### p ≤ 0.001 compared to the group of animals exposed to a 3-hour stressor Thus, the expression level of the indicated gene increases under the influence of the damaging factor and gradually approaches its basal level by 24 hours of immobilization stress of water immersion. It was noted that gastrin is one of the
