Corporate culture is a key factor in ensuring the sustainable development of organizations. It shapes values, norms, and behavioral models that facilitate the implementation of environmental, social, and governance standards. The article examines the relationship between corporate culture and sustainable development strategies, provides examples of practical application, and outlines development prospects in the context of global challenges. Corporate culture is the foundation for the implementation of sustainable development strategies because it determines behavioral models, values, and norms that influence management decision-making [1, p. 12].
